Who it is for

Staff of On Call Services and Rentals and the companies alongside it. You reach it by signing in with your company Google account, and an administrator has to give you a level before the site shows you anything. Anyone outside those companies is turned away at the door.

What it holds

Three kinds of thing, and no more:

• Your sign-in. The name, email address and profile picture on your company Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Employment records. Job title, department, location, work contact details, reporting line, employment status, and pay — rates and year-to-date earnings — imported from the payroll system.
• A record of changes. Every change made on the site is written down with who made it, when, and what it was before. Reading a page is not recorded; only changing something is.

Why

To run the org chart, reporting and performance sections, and to work out who may see what. That is the whole of it. There is no advertising on this site, no third-party analytics or tracking, and nothing here is used to build a profile of you.

Who can see it

Access is granted one section at a time. Pay is the tightest: administrators and executives see it for the whole company, a manager sees it for themselves and the people beneath them in the reporting line, and a viewer sees the org chart with no pay anywhere. The database enforces this on every query, not just the page you are looking at.

Who else gets it

Nobody. It is not sold, rented or handed to anyone for marketing. The site runs on two suppliers who hold the data on our behalf and do nothing else with it — Supabase for the database and Vercel for hosting, both in the United States — and Google, which handles sign-in only. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Employment records are kept while a person is on the roster, and each payroll import archives the roster it replaced, so earlier versions remain. The record of changes is kept as a permanent log — that is the point of it, and entries cannot be edited or removed.

Asking about your own record

Ask, and you will be told what the site holds about you. If something is wrong it gets corrected. Some of it — a pay rate, a reporting line — is a record of employment rather than something that can simply be deleted on request, and where that is the case you will be told so plainly.
