Who may use it

People who work at On Call Services and Rentals and the companies alongside it, signing in with their company Google account. Access is granted by an administrator, is given for the job you do, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time — including when you leave.

Use it for work

What is on this site — pay, reporting lines, performance, anything else — is confidential company information. Use it to do your job. Do not copy, export or pass it to anyone who has not been given access to it themselves, inside the company or out.

Your sign-in is yours

Do not share it and do not let someone else work under it. If you think somebody has got into your account, say so straight away.

Everything is written down

Every change made here is recorded against the name of the person who made it, and the record cannot be edited or removed. Administrators can see all of it. Treat that as a feature rather than a warning: it is how a mistake gets found and undone.

What the site does not promise

It is an internal tool, not a service with a guarantee attached. It may be unavailable while it is being worked on, and figures drawn from payroll and linked spreadsheets are only as current as their last refresh — each page says when that was. Check the source before making a decision that turns on an exact number.

Changes

These terms can change as the site does. The date below moves when they do.
